1. Quotations and Commercial Rates
All price quotes provided via telephone (+91 9009272007 / 0771-4007433) or email (jmdtradingco.99@gmail.com) are subject to primary mill base price revisions and daily steel market fluctuations. Quotations remain valid only for the date or duration specified on the formal quotation slip.
Prices quoted are exclusive or inclusive of applicable GST (18%) and transport freight charges as explicitly agreed at the time of order confirmation.
2. Order Placement, Payment, & Dispatch
Orders for Mild Steel Strips (Hot Rolled Strips, Cold Rolled Strips, Precision Slit Strips, Pickled & Oiled Strips) are officially confirmed upon receipt of agreed advance payment or verified Purchase Order (PO) from an authorized buyer representative.
- Dispatch schedules are estimated based on yard inventory status, strip slitting queue, and multi-axle freight carrier availability.
- Full balance payment must be settled prior to crane loading or release of consignment weighbridge slips unless pre-approved credit facilities exist.
3. Weight Specifications & Tolerances
All Mild Steel Strip dimensions, slitted widths, thicknesses, and calculated theoretical weights adhere to BIS (IS 2062 / IS 1079 / IS 513) standards.
- Actual commercial billing weight is determined by certified electronic weighbridge readings (gross tare net) at our dispatch yard or mill gate.
- Standard rolling mill thickness tolerances and rotary width slitting tolerances (+/- 0.1mm to +/- 0.3mm depending on gauge) apply as per standard Indian Steel Rolling Mill practices.
4. Quality & Material Inspections
We supply 100% prime structural and commercial quality MS Strips tested to meet defined chemical and mechanical specifications. Authentic Mill Test Certificates (MTC - EN 10204 Type 3.1) from primary producers (SAIL, TATA, JSW, AM/NS, Jindal) are provided with every dispatch.
Any material claims regarding physical surface defects or dimensional variances must be registered in writing within 48 hours of shipment delivery at the buyer's destination.
5. Custom Strip Slitting & Packaging Orders
Custom slitted steel strips and cut-to-length flat strips processed specifically to customer width drawings cannot be cancelled or returned once master coil decoiling and slitting has commenced in our processing plant.
6. Limitation of Liability
Msstrips.com shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from project delays, transport delays caused by third-party freight carriers, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
